Review

I purchased both the plus and pro Samsung Buds. I am very impressed with these Pro Ear Buds! The two speaker system is evident, because the sound quality is crystal clear and dynamic; both the high & low sounds/tones. ***Active Noise Cancelling System is totally awesome!*** I work in a heavy noise environment & using these Buds Pro really help save me from having to endure the machine noise around me while at work. Additionally, I just flew internationally & wearing these Buds Pro during my flight helped me cancel out the baby crying a few rows up for the duration of my overseas flight; a real plus. The Ambient Sound System on these Buds Pro are also very helpful. The provided case is so helpful in that when the ear buds are stowed in its case, the case has its own battery charge to in turn charge your earbuds while you store them on your person; very convenient! The only drawback that is a bit concerning is these Buds Pro battery life, in my opinion, can have a little more battery life in them, but I think it's because I often use the Active Noise Cancelling System, which may be taking-up more battery life than when not using this option. I think Samsung can & will develop updated software that can later increase the product's battery life in later versions/products. But other than that, these are really worth the money (you get what you pay for); and this is pure Samsung Quality.

I love these! I have the AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro and these are way better! With the AirPods Pro the un ear fit was horrible these kept falling out which sucked! With these they fit perfect and don’t even feel like I have anything in my ear. I like that they don’t have a long stem popping out because If anybody is like me and has there earbuds on while putting on a sweater the AirPods fall off but these don’t get tugged on by the stem because they don’t have one! If anybody loves the bass in songs these are great! Absolutely love this product!

I bought these earbuds as a gift for someone of slightly selfish reasons.. he operates heavy machinery and talking to him on the phone is very difficult with cheap earbuds.. the noise cancellation is by far a step up from what he had before I definitely hear him more clearly was less background interference. He says the battery life and the sound quality on his end is good.

I purchased the Active 3 for work and quickly-the first day—learned the difference between noise reduction and noise cancellation. If you ate buying buds for phone calls—and care about the experience on the OTHER end of the line—you’ll want the latter—the Elite 4 Active. Review

I received these today to replace my airpod pros and these Sony earpods are without a doubt better in terms of sound. The bass, noise-canceling, and ambient sound are phenomenal on them and I'm a professional musician so i know what music should sound like. However, the airpod pros are definitely more comfortable. I have smallish size ears and there is a ridge in these earbuds that press up against my ears that causes pain. I tried moving the earbuds around which did not help. This isn't an issue with the ear tips; those are perfect fitting, but the shape of the buds themselves are big and do not contour to your ear at all. If you have big ears, then this should be an issue for you at all. But to all my small/medium size ear people out there, these might be too uncomfortable for you.

The sound is absolutely amazing and so much better than my airpod pros but the size of the earbuds does not contour to your ears and therefore, causing pain and are uncomfortable if you have smallish ears like me.
